• The primary purpose of collecting and processing data is to enable the smooth operation of the Online Store, ensure user safety, and enable electronic commerce in accordance with the law;

• Collected data is used in a way that allows for the identification of participants in e-commerce, in accordance with good business practices, protection of trade secrets, and in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant legal sources;

• All governmental authorities who are legally or judicially entitled to access the data may do so;

• Providing personal data is voluntary; no one who does not wish to use the Online Store is obliged to submit any data. However, submitting data is required for making a purchase in the Online Store;

• A person who has given consent for data collection and processing may withdraw that consent at any time without justification, which will result in the termination of their status as an Online Store user and the cessation of further data collection;

• To successfully process customer orders, the Online Store requires the following information: full name, address, email, and phone number. This information enables the Online Store to deliver the purchased goods and inform customers about their order status.
  The Online Store collects only necessary and basic customer/user information required for business operations and communication, in line with good business practices and in order to provide quality service.
  By making a purchase on the Online Store, the user agrees to receive notifications via email, SMS, and Viber.
  The Online Store provides users with the option to opt in or out of mailing, SMS, and Viber lists used for marketing campaigns.
